If you want to have your quilt displayed in the next exhibit, To Honor and Comfort: Native Quilting Traditions, that will include 25-30 Kansas quilts, return your Quilt Information Sheet by 4:30pm TODAY!

You can submit your completed form and a photo of the quilt in the following ways:

• Bring your completed form to the Stauth Memorial Museum
• E-mail it to stauthm@ucom.net
• Mail it to the museum at PO Box 396, Montezuma KS 67867-0396. (If you are in a time crunch, use one of the top two method to submit your form as forms received after the June 19th will not be accepted.)
